  • 1. How Can I Place an Order?

    Online: Visit us at b3guys.com to place your order thru our online Store, 24/7/365.

    Phone: Call us during business hours Monday-Thursday, 8:30-5:00 Central Time, USA.

    Mail: After you've discussed your purchase items with us, simply mail in your order with payment.

    International: All International orders must be placed online thru the website store, no exceptions.

  • 2. Do You Have a Minimum Order?

    There is no minimum domestic USA order, however, all International orders of $499.99 or less in product total will incur an additional non-refundable International Administrative Fee of $59.00. This fee is not a shipping rate, and does not include the actual UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping rate, which is billed separately without prior notification. International shipping is expensive! Read that again, then do your homework prior to placing an International order. Shipping fees are non-refundable! Please see 1.   • 3. Do You Collect Sales Tax?

    B3 GUYS collects Sales Tax for purchases made within the state of Tennessee. B3 GUYS does not collect sales tax for any purchase made from outside of the state of Tennessee. In all other states, each customer is responsible for their own sales taxes.

  • 4. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

    B3 GUYS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, as well as cash, money order, certified check, personal check (requires additional time for your check to clear), and International Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer (a wire transfer fee will be added to your amount due). We do not accept Paypal.

  • 5. How Much Is Shipping?

    B3 GUYS ships all orders exclusively via UPS using the delivery service method you choose at checkout. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box - you must use a physical street address for delivery. Standard UPS Ground and UPS Worldwide Expedited International rates apply. UPS Overnight and 2 or 3 Day delivery options to most domestic locations are available for orders received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time, however, not all of the items listed on our website are inventory stocked items, and some may require additional fulfillment time. Until further notice, the UPS Service Guarantee is reinstated for all Next Day Air shipments with a U.S. origin. The UPS Service Guarantee suspension continues for shipments at ALL OTHER service levels - delayed shipments during this time will not be eligible for refunds on shipping charges. B3 GUYS is not responsible for any delayed shipments, and will not refund any charges due to shipping delays.


    For orders placed through our online store, you will receive an emailed confirmation receipt, however, your shipping charge will NOT be reflected on this confirmation - it is for product total only. Shipping charges will be billed separately without prior notification as our shopping cart does not calculate shipping. UPS informed us that with a diverse products mix, dimensions and weights, there is not an accurate way to automatically calculate the real shipping rate at time of checkout. Consequently, your actual shipping amount will be determined after your order has been received, packed, measured, weighed and data submitted electronically to UPS. The UPS shipping rate is whatever the standard UPS rate is for delivery from Nashville, Tennessee, 37205 to you. This rate will also include the cost of packing supplies, insurance, carrier pick-up, and may be subject to an additional fee for signature upon delivery. A signature upon delivery will be required for all orders greater than $200.00 in product total shipped via UPS Ground, and all orders shipped via UPS Overnight, 2Day, and UPS Worldwide Expedited International regardless of the amount. There is no U.S.A. minimum order, however, there is a minimum shipping and handling fee of $13.95. Please keep in mind UPS Ground shipping rates can and will often exceed your item(s) purchase price on a small order. UPS sets the rates, B3 GUYS does not. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


    There is no International minimum order, however, all International orders of $299.99 or less in product total will incur an additional non-refundable International Administrative Fee of $45.00. This fee is not a shipping rate, and does not include the actual UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping rate, which is billed separately without prior notification. All International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited if available in your area. The International billing address and shipping address must be the same - any International order received in which the billing address and shipping address are not the same will be cancelled. International shipping is expensive! Read that again, then do your homework prior to placing an International order. Shipping fees are non-refundable, so ask questions before you submit your order! You are also welcome to make arrangements for the carrier of your choice to pick-up at our Nashville, TN location. 


    Any refused package delivery will not receive a refund for shipping, regardless of reason. Any package greater than 149 lbs. must be shipped by commercial freight. For additional shipping information, please see 1. SHIPPING under Terms & Conditions

  • 7. Can You Tell Me How Much This Instrument is Worth?

    Yes, providing we have an opportunity to physically inspect the instrument. We do not provide telephone or email appraisals, including requests for a ballpark value/worth estimate. Without an inspection, it's purely speculation.

  • 8. Are All Of The Items Listed On Your Website In Stock?

    No, many items will drop-ship directly from our various suppliers, warehouses, etc.. Due to the specialized boutique nature of our industry, it is not unusual for manufacturers/distributers/suppliers to build or assemble the item upon receipt of your order. In addition, COVID-19 related supply-chain issues have created lengthy backorders as parts are simply slow in coming. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this other than be patient. Simply stated, the time to ask questions regarding product availability is prior to submitting your order.

  • 9. Can I Add Items To An Order?

    Yes, you may add items to an existing order providing the order has not been packed or shipped. Please note that some orders may be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of order. Should you wish to add an item, it is best to contact us and request an order status update.

  • 10. Can I Cancel My Order?

    You may cancel your order for any item sold by B3 GUYS, providing the order has not been shipped, subject to our Cancellation policy herein. Once you have submitted an order and your payment transaction has been processed and settled but the item has not yet shipped, you will receive credit for the item purchased less a 7.0% Merchant Account Processing Fee on the total item amount charged. This 7% covers the merchant fee we incur when you submitted the order, as well as an additional merchant fee we incur when we subsequently refund money to your credit card. Any additional expenses incurred (ex. shipping) by B3 GUYS to procur the item will also be deducted from your eligible refund amount. For International orders, any International Administrative Fee previously charged is non-refundable. Please note that some orders may be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of order.
