3. SINCE MANY ITEMS ARE DROP-SHIPPED FROM OUR SUPPLIERS, THEY CAN TAKE LONGER THAN YOUR CHOSEN EXPEDITED UPS DELIVERY METHOD. B3 GUYS HAS NO CONTROL OVER OUR SUPPLIERS DROP-SHIPPED ITEMS, REGARDLESS OF YOUR CHOSEN SHIPPING METHOD.

UPS 2025 Rates and Services

UPS announced a 5.9% general rate increase (GRI) for 2025, along with significant increases to its SurePost service. The rate increases went into effect on January 13, 2025. 

General rate increase 

• The 5.9% GRI applies to all domestic and international services, including ground, air, and international shipments
• UPS also revised its fuel surcharge calculations to account for fluctuating fuel costs

SurePost rate increases 

• Packages weighing 1–9 lbs increased by 9.9%
• Packages weighing 10 lbs and above increased by 5.9–6.9%
• Parcels under 1 lb increased by 9.9%
• SurePost Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) increased by 61.8%
• SurePost Extended DAS increased by 69.4%

Other rate increases 

• Surcharges for oversized and irregularly shaped packages increased
• Surcharges for deliveries to less densely populated areas increased
• U.S. Inbound Processing Fee increased to $1.50 for U.S. import shipments
