We all love this industry or we wouldn't be here, right? But it is what it is ... small. It's not Amazon. It is a niche industry, and it is very common to experience supply chain delays in getting products and/or shipping your order in a timely manner.

1. Some items are assembled or built by the manufacturer upon receipt of your order.
2. Items may be backordered which will take longer order fullfillment times.
3. Many items are drop-shipped by our suppliers, and they can take longer than your chosen UPS shipping delivery method. B3 GUYS has no control over any suppliers, nor when they choose to drop-ship your order. This includes commercial freight and UPS shipping rates, policies and procedures.
