Delayed Order Fulfillment

We all love these products or we wouldn't be here, right? But let's admit it ... it is a very small industry - it's not Amazon! It has become commonplace to experience supply chain delays in getting products from the manufacturer and shipping your order in a timely manner, regardless of your chosen shipping method. Reasons?

1. Often the items or parts needed to assemble the items are backordered or in transit, resulting in longer fulfillment times.
2. Many accessories items are now built by Hammond Organ Company after receipt of your order, assuming they have all the parts to do so. (see #1.)
3. Many items are drop-shipped by our suppliers, which often take longer than your chosen UPS shipping method. B3 GUYS has no control over suppliers, nor when they choose to drop-ship your order. (see #1. and #2.) This includes commercial freight and UPS shipping rates, policies and procedures.
   

Bottom-line: It is what it is, and your understanding and patience are appreciated!

B3 GUYS ships exclusively via UPS, or commercial freight carriers when needed. B3 GUYS is not responsible for any delayed shipments, and will not refund any charges due to shipping delays.
